Currency and prices

All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT. The price you see is the price you pay: shipping within the UK is free, and we do not add hidden costs.

Secure payments

All payments are processed over an encrypted SSL connection by certified payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment has been accepted. If your payment is declined or fails, your order is not placed and you can try again or choose another payment method.

Klarna

If you choose Klarna, the payment terms of Klarna apply. Klarna may carry out a credit check, and availability depends on your eligibility.

Refunds

Refunds are paid to the original payment method. Once we have received your return in good condition, we process your refund within two business days. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider. See our Refund Policy for details.
