Free UK shipping

Shipping is free on all orders within the UK, with no minimum order and no hidden costs. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Macclesfield, United Kingdom.

Processing time

We prepare orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). During busy periods, such as sales, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Orders typically arrive within 6–12 working days (Monday to Friday). Estimated delivery times are a guide and may change due to circumstances outside our control, such as high demand at carriers.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Incorrect delivery address

It is your responsibility to enter a correct delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.

Parcel not received
